SMART4ALL is a European initiative financing cross-border experiments in technology transfer between scientists and industry. Experiments should be related to the use of low-energy computing (CLEC) for cyber-physical systems (CPS) and the Internet of Things (IoT) in various application areas. SMART4ALL aims to accelerate the development of innovative products-oriented projects and offer guidance on the successful commercialization of this type of solutions.

Who can apply?
The consortium may consist of the following entities:
• Universities and other academic institutions
• SMEs and larger companies
Note: The participation of at least two SMEs or larger companies is mandatory, and one of them should be the leader of the cross-border experiment.
A consortium may submit only one application.
What is the required nature of the consortium?
The consortium shall be composed of 3 eligible entities from at least two eligible countries, performing different roles as follows:
• Single industrial/academic technology provider
• One industrial technology recipient
• One partner for industrial production

Priority countries:
Consortiums with at least one member from one of the South-Eastern European countries (except Greece) will be given priority:
• Albania • Moldova • Kosovo • Montenegro
• North Macedonia • Romania • Ukraine • Slovakia
• Slovenia • Serbia • Hungary • Bosnia and Herzegovina
• Bulgaria • Croatia

Budget:
Experiments will receive lump sum support of up to €80,000 for staff, travel and equipment needed to run the experiment.
Deadlines:
Applications must be submitted by January 17, 2023.
