For several years, the city has been developing solutions in the field of smart cities, such as the Katowice Intelligent Monitoring and Analysis System, the AWAIR air quality information system, tracking lighting in parks, or sharing solutions in transport services. I am glad that the result of the national preselection gives the project to create a European Digital Innovation Hub in our city a chance for ultimate success at the European level. The showroom is one of the proposals that will allow you to present the latest offer of technology companies in an attractive way, often addressed to local governments. Such an initiative puts Katowice in the first row of cities open to cooperation with business as part of the ongoing digital revolution "- emphasizes Marcin Krupa, Mayor of Katowice
