Invitation to international simul + forum "SMART CITIES, SMART REGIONS" (June 8-9, 2022, in Leipzig)

Our cities and regions are facing huge challenges: The ongoing economic transformation, the necessity to cut greenhouse gas emissions or ensuring mobility in remote areas are some examples. However, we are convinced that by working together and by using smart solutions we can shape a bright future.

How this "smart future" will look like at our international simul + forum "SMART CITIES, SMART REGIONS". The goal is to learn from those cities and regions in Europe that have already taken ambitious steps towards becoming digital and climate neutral. Let us join forces to develop innovative ideas and put them into practice. In line with the mission of simul + we pursue an interdisciplinary approach, and we want to bring together actors from different areas of economy, science and administration.
